Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using JobPulse India ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and JobPulse India.

2. What We Provide

JobPulse India aggregates and presents publicly available job listing data from Indian job boards, focusing on AI, ML, Data Science, and related technology roles. We provide analytics, skill trends, salary benchmarks, and direct links to original job postings (Pro plan). Data is updated weekly.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• One account per person. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

5. Payments & Billing

• All payments are processed by Razorpay. Accepted methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Pro subscriptions are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. There is no lock-in period.
• Purchasing a new plan while an existing plan is active extends your access by 30 days from the date of the new purchase.
• We use Razorpay test keys in development and live keys in production. Only live key transactions are real charges.

6. Refund Policy

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once activated and access has been granted. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at miqbal303@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase. Refund requests after this window will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Razorpay's refund timelines apply (5–7 business days for approved refunds).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk extraction of data from our platform
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our data without written permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our backend systems
• Circumvent plan restrictions through technical means
• Share your account credentials with others

8. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Job data is sourced from publicly available listings on third-party platforms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the data. Salary figures are estimates derived from aggregated listings. Job application links direct you to third-party websites; we are not responsible for their content, availability, or hiring outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

The JobPulse India platform, its UI, analytics methodologies, and branding are our intellectual property. Job listing data remains the property of the respective employers and job boards. Your account data belongs to you. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobPulse India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, missed job opportunities, or reliance on inaccurate data. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us; paid plan access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably — contact us first at miqbal303@gmail.com.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance.
